THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work, whether in the United States, including another part of the Commonwealth, or abroad, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the work contract (not counting any extension). Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The employer must provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment.

Shape and smooth ends of nails, using scissors, files, & emery boards. Apply undercoat & clean or colored polish onto nails with brush. Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors. Assess the condition of clients’ hands, remove dead skin from the hands and massage them. Soften nail cuticles with water and oil, push back cuticles, using cuticles knife, and trim cuticle, using scissors or nippers. Brush powder and solvent onto nails and paper forms to maintain nail appearance & to extend nails, then remove forms & shape and smooth nail edges using rotary abrasive wheel. Clean & sanitize tools & work environment. Schedule client appointments & accept payments, and other duty from time to time.
